Abstract
On execution, this Charter establishes IW as the KTI Institute Works Platform and defines how KTI originates, receives, develops, documents, tests, presents and transfers specific applied works. It establishes the Platform's governance, technical-file, evidence, safety, rights, disclosure, gate and continuity controls without itself establishing a Domain, approving an individual work, certifying a product or authorising unrestricted commercial operation.
