KTI Resolution 3/2026: Establishment and Institutional Regularisation of the KTI Institutional Registry

Abstract

This Sole Manager Resolution establishes and institutionally regularises the KTI Institutional Registry as KTI’s overarching system for the controlled administration, classification, publication, maintenance, discovery, preservation and continuity of its formal institutional information. It establishes the KTI Institutional Catalogue; creates Registries as an institutional category and the KTI Controlled Records Register as its first structure; formalises the shared Registry Modules and associated classification architecture; establishes PRV — Provenance as the first KTI Domain; defines the treatment of Platforms, issuing offices, Official Notices, Publications and public discovery; and establishes the Editorial Office. The Resolution also defines authority, continuity and institutional limits, recognises prior operational use without retrospectively altering institutional history, provides for an Initial Establishment, Recognition and Accession Record, and approves the coordinated governing package for the Institutional Registry. It does not itself establish a technical Platform or specialised provenance catalogue, register or dataset.
