KTI Institutional Registry Charter

Abstract

The KTI Institutional Registry Charter establishes the constitutional framework for KTI’s governed institutional information-control system. It defines and distinguishes Publications, Official Notices, the Institutional Catalogue, the Registries category, governed Registers, specialised registry structures and Registry Modules, while establishing common principles for authority, classification, identity, versioning, visibility, public discovery, audit and institutional continuity. The Charter separates institutional authority from technical implementation and establishes the hierarchy under which subordinate Rules, Standards and Controlled Records govern detailed operation.
