Abstract
This signed Charter defines the KTI Institutional Registry as the umbrella institutional information-control system established by KTI-RES-0003 and supplemented by KTI-RES-0005. It establishes the Registry's constituent architecture, controlled definitions, authority separation, Catalogue and Controlled Records treatment, fifteen active Registry Modules, Domain and Platform boundaries, public-discovery model, audit, visibility, versioning, continuity and governance principles. Version 1.1 records the confirmations and supplements in Practico 4/2026 while preserving the prior Version 1.0 record as historical.
